When you submit the application form, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the ZIP codes you want to operate in, your business type, team size, a branding preference, any notes you add, and the time of a booked call if you schedule one.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your territory request, check it against existing dealers, prepare startup numbers for your territory call, and contact you about your application.

Who sees it

Your application is seen by the Purest Dealer Group team involved in territory review and onboarding, and by the tools we use to store and schedule applications. We do not sell this information.

Retention

We keep application information for as long as needed to process your application and, if you become a dealer, for the length of the program relationship plus a reasonable period after for our records.
